Water is the single most essential item you need to be healthy no matter what your health goal are, however after you drink 1 or 2 gallons of water it is hard to keep drinking water. It has no taste and you want some flavor. I know I do, so I made a list of 5 simple ways you can make your water enjoyable to drink.
1. Add Lemons or Limes To Your Water
Adding lemons and limes turns your water into lemonade and limeade but absolute in no situation should you add sugar!!!
Lemons alkaline your body which causes many benefits to your body. Lime gives your body natural energy. My favorite is using both to alkaline & energize my body.
2. Add Fruits & Veggies To Your Water
Adding squeezed natural fruit juices to your water is great.
Adding cut up fruits to your water and the whole fruit into the water too.
Oranges, Strawberries, Cucumbers, and blueberries just some ideas.
The best way to get the most flavor is by leaving it in the fridge overnight.
Metabolism Booster (Re fridge overnight)
½ cup fresh sliced strawberries
1 whole fresh orange (peeled )
1 cucumber, thinly sliced
2 lemons, thinly sliced
3. Add Herbs To Your Water
Depending on the herbs you use you may experience benefits like anti-aging (turmeric) , boost in your metabolism (cinnamon) , relaxation (sage) , and much more.
Super Healthy Zesty Drank
1/4 cup fresh cinnamon
1 tablespoon turmeric
2 tablespoon Cayenne
4 garlic cloves
1 whole ginger thin sliced
4. Make a tea (None caffeinated & No sugar)
Any type is approved
JUST DON’T ADD SUGAR
5. Strawberry-lemonade Anyone?
