Hello Everyone!!

My name is Brooke Adams and I am 25 years old! I have always been the type of person to be fit and in shape.

Until recently that is. I was on a downward spiral about a year ago. I was eating way to much greasy food and drinking way
too much beer. I began to notice myself getting the dreadful “beer belly.” At first I didn’t care, but then as I went up a
pants size and became uncomfortable looking at myself naked I knew I needed to change.

I began attempting to workout more and eat at least slightly healthier. I downloaded fitness apps and began
tracking my food.I was feeling better, but not being disciplined enough. Finally, after about 10 months of
struggling to stay fit I decided to reach out for help.

A friend of mine got me in contact with Bertrand and his BFiT program! He gave me a workout plan that consisted of 3
different HITT style workouts, which take only about 45 minutes to complete! He also gave me a meal plan and was able
to work with my specific needs!

I will say after being disciplined and following the workout plan for 3 weeks and eating healthier, I feel amazing!!
I have dropped back down to my original pant size and have noticed a significant weight loss in my stomach area. I
am gaining muscle and pushing my body every week! With more energy throughout my day I am able to get a lot more
accomplished 🙂 I am so thankful for Bertrand and his kindness. I have regained my confidence and don’t plan on
stopping anytime soon!!

Bertrand is one of my favorite people in the world. Every time you see him he is smiling, positive, and full of enthusiasm. I’ve trained with him several times, as well as watched him train other people. He brings an energy to the workout that you don’t see very often from most trainers. He really gets you going in a way that you find yourself breaking your limits but not afraid to come back and do it again. One of the parts I like best about Bertrand is that he is a great listener. I see him helping a lot of people by listening to them, because he understands people very well and can better work with them listening than just plugging them into a generic routine. Bertrand is a fitness guru. Plain and simple. I’m not one who cared much of going to the gym, but somehow B was able to motivate me to go. Honestly, I have never heard of some of the things I did while B was my trainer, but the workouts were quick and to the point. High intensity, minimal breaks. Rest later. The best part about having B is when you feel like quitting and he is there pushing you to do one more, one more, one more. B believes in you more than you do yourself. That’s the best quality a trainer can have. I now care about-about working out and how I look.
